Terms of Service

By booking a service or using this website, you agree to the following terms with Beard Bros Auto LLC.

Services

We provide mobile automotive repair and maintenance in Lancaster, OH and surrounding areas. All work is performed by qualified technicians using parts of reasonable quality.

Appointments

Booking requests are confirmed by phone or text. We reserve the right to reschedule for weather, safety, or parts availability. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

Estimates & payment

A written estimate is available on request before any work begins. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during service; in any case, we will not perform work that exceeds the original estimate by more than 10% without first obtaining your authorization (by call, text, or email). Payment is due upon completion of service.

SMS & call communications

By submitting a booking or contact request, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Beard Bros Auto LLC at the phone number you provide, for the purpose of scheduling, confirming, and following up on your service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages.

Warranty

Workmanship is warranted for 30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first. Parts carry their manufacturer warranty. Damage from neglect, abuse, or unrelated failures is not covered.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for items left in the vehicle.
